Harsh Goenka Benne Dosa
In a city that never stops chasing the next big food trend, industrialist Harsh Goenka has just given the benne dosa mania a fresh, fun twist, and all it took was his very first try with artificial intelligence. The chairman of RPG Enterprises, known among his followers for his genuine passion for good food, took to X (formerly Twitter) and shared something special.

After Labubu, mahjong and padel, Mumbai's new obsession

"My first attempt at turning what I’ve written, into an image using AI. I hope you’ll approve…" he posted, along with a charming illustrated poster. The AI creation captures the buzz around benne dosa in classic Mumbai style. Styled like a vintage magazine page, it declares: “Mumbai has a new obsession.” After Labubu, mahjong and padel, it’s the humble South Indian dosa that’s stealing the show. Long queues snake outside Benne and Rameshwaram Cafe, longer, the image cheekily notes, than the lines at Wankhede Stadium on match day.

The description is mouth-watering and spot-on: soft yet crisp dosas “unapologetically drenched in butter,” topped with a generous dusting of podi (that fiery gunpowder spice mix). And just when you think it can’t get better, out comes the filter coffee ice cream – creamy, cold and utterly tempting.

Cartoon Bunny and Benne Dosa AI image

In the foreground, a wide-eyed cartoon bunny with rosy cheeks throws its paws up in delight, shouting “Buterrrrr!” in a speech bubble. A plate of golden dosas with melting butter, a bowl of podi, and a cup of the coffee ice cream complete the scene, with the cafe’s striped awnings and waiting crowd in the background.

Within hours, replies poured in praising the debut effort. “Loved your first AI-generated image, sir, it’s cute! Turning your words into this fun, buttery benne dosa scene with the queues and bunny is delightful,” wrote one user. Others called it a “stunning debut,” “charming,” and “a perfect blend of foodie love and creativity.”

Many simply dropped hearts, thumbs-ups and “Approved!” while some foodies added their own tips, like trying the Madras cafe in Matunga or pairing it with ghee-soaked Mysore pak. The post has struck a chord because it taps into something every Mumbaikar (and every Indian foodie) understands: that irresistible pull of a new street-side or cafe craze. No lectures on calories – the image even asks, “Is it healthy? Not even pretending. Is it delicious? Completely.” And ends with the honest truth: “Are we standing in line? Of course.”In an age where everyone is experimenting with AI, Goenka’s playful entry feels refreshingly personal.

Harsh Goenka's Three Daily Wins

Recently, Harsh Goenka also shared a simple approach he follows every day to stay disciplined and centred. His idea is to divide the day into three small but meaningful wins, focused on the body, mind, and spirit. According to him, consistently achieving these three wins helps build steady momentum that shapes both personal and professional growth.

Physical win
He begins with a physical win. Any form of movement, walking, running, swimming, or working out, helps activate the body and clear mental clutter. Starting the day with physical activity creates energy and sets a positive tone. Over time, these small efforts build discipline and confidence, which carry over into other aspects of life.

Mental win
The second focus is the mind. Activities like reading, writing, or learning something new each day keep the brain active. These habits improve thinking ability and decision-making. More importantly, they help develop the ability to adapt and respond effectively to challenges, rather than just gathering information.

Spiritual win

The third element is a spiritual win. This could be through meditation, prayer, or quiet reflection. Taking time to pause and look inward brings a sense of balance and clarity. It helps align daily actions with a larger sense of purpose, making success feel more meaningful.

Small wins, lasting impact
The idea behind this approach is simple, success does not come from one big breakthrough. It grows from consistently achieving small wins that build energy, clarity, and character over time.
