Dhurandhar 2 box office collection day 18: Ranveer Singh starrer breaks all records by entering Rs 1000 crore club in India

Dhurandhar: The Revenge continues its dream run at the box office, rewriting records with every passing day. The Ranveer Singh-starrer has now achieved a historic milestone by crossing the Rs 1000 crore mark in India, becoming the first Bollywood film to do so. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film has shown remarkable consistency ever since its release on March 19. Even in its third week, the spy thriller is drawing strong footfall in theatres, a rare feat for Hindi films. Despite the usual drop after the opening phase, the film has held steady, thanks to positive word of mouth and repeat viewership.

According to trade estimates by Sacnilk, the film’s India net collection now stands at approximately Rs 1,013.77 crore, firmly placing it in the Rs 1000 crore club domestically. Its gross numbers are equally impressive, with India's gross collections at around Rs 1,213.74 crore and overseas earnings touching Rs 392 crore. This takes the film’s worldwide gross total to a staggering Rs 1,605.74 crore.




The film had already made headlines earlier by crossing the Rs 1000 crore mark globally within its first week, and it has continued to build on that momentum ever since. With these numbers, Dhurandhar: The Revenge has not only emerged as a blockbuster but also set new benchmarks for Hindi cinema.

In terms of records, the film has gone past the lifetime India collections of several major blockbusters, including RRR, Kalki 2898 AD, KGF: Chapter 2, Jawan, Pathaan, Stree 2 and Animal. It is now closing in on the lifetime India total of Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, which stands at around ₹1,030 crore.

Trade analysts are also closely watching whether the film can challenge the numbers of Pushpa 2: The Rule, which has a significantly higher benchmark in India. If the current pace continues, the film could potentially cross that mark in the coming weeks.
