Sharing his reaction on X, Allu Arjun described Dhurandhar 2 as a high-energy patriotic entertainer with impactful moments and strong performances.

The sequel has been directed by Aditya Dhar and features an ensemble cast led by Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, Rakesh Bedi and R Madhavan, among others.
Dhurandhar 2 follows the success of last year’s blockbuster and has already begun drawing attention even before its wide release.

The film held paid preview shows on March 18 ahead of its official theatrical release. At Gaiety Galaxy, several viewers who came out after the screening said the film largely lived up to expectations.
ANI cited a moviegoer clling Dhurandhar 2 as an “entertaining watch” and said it was “really good” and “worth watching.” He urged audiences to watch it in theatres, adding that the action sequences and narrative kept him engaged throughout.
Another viewer pointed to an interesting twist in the second half and said the film keeps audiences guessing till the end. “I just watched Dhurandhar, and it was amazing,” he said.
The original Dhurandhar was released in theatres on December 5 last year and went on to become the highest-grossing film of 2025. It later achieved cult status and rewrote box-office records, overtaking Pushpa 2: The Rule to emerge as the highest-grossing Hindi film of all time.
