The sequel picks up directly from the gripping finale of the first installment. Ranveer Singh returns as Jaskirat Singh Rangi, a Punjab Regiment soldier-turned-spy known by his nickname Hamza.

The narrative shifts to the gritty underworld of Karachi, where Hamza navigates a complex web of terror funding and intelligence warfare. Tasked with dismantling the terror networks responsible for the 26/11 attacks, Hamza must face off against the formidable Major Iqbal (played by Arjun Rampal) while navigating a city on the brink of a gang war between Baloch and Pathan factions.
