The prominent industralist with a strong presence on social media also shared a list of jobs that are not going to exist in a few years, highlighting how AI is transforming people's jobs. Harsh Goenka recently shared a striking forecast on X, outlining how artificial intelligence (AI) could transform various professions between 2028 and 2033. His post, structured as a timeline, has sparked wide discussion about the future of work, technology, and human adaptation in an AI-driven world.



Coders, drivers and teachers


2028 – Coders

AI is predicted to write and maintain code, potentially reducing the demand for traditional software developers. While human programmers won’t disappear entirely, AI-assisted coding could become the norm, changing the way software is built and maintained, Harsh Goenka said sharing a table.

2029 – Driving & Teaching

By 2029, self-driving vehicles are expected to become mainstream, transforming the transportation sector and potentially reducing human involvement in driving. At the same time, AI could revolutionize education by serving as personal tutors, offering tailored learning experiences to students worldwide.

2030 – Doctors and Artists

AI may dominate diagnostics, assisting or even replacing doctors in certain medical decision-making scenarios. Meanwhile, the creative world could be reshaped as AI generates content on demand, from music and visual art to literature.
