New Delhi: The Congress appeared isolated even as INDIA bloc partners celebrated AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal and his colleagues following their acquittal in the Delhi excise case.

Alleging BJP's hand in Kejriwal's acquittal, Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera said, "Elections are approaching, so the script is predictable. Cases against Congress leaders will escalate - P Chidambaram ji is being dragged back into the spotlight as Tamil Nadu polls near. Meanwhile, proceedings against the BJP's 'convenient allies' in AAP and others will quietly cool down ahead of the Gujarat and Punjab elections. This is the BJP's game - turning vengeance into governance and using agencies as electoral tools."
