Somy Ali wishes for speedy recovery
Reacting to the news on Instagram, Somy shared an emotional note recalling her time living in the Khan household. She said learning about his hospitalisation deeply saddened her. In her post, Somy talked about how the world recognises Salim Khan as the creative force who helped shape careers of stars like Amitabh Bachchan and co-wrote timeless classics such as Sholay. However, she emphasised that her memories of him are rooted in personal warmth rather than professional glory.

Praying for his strength and recovery. He means more to me than words can say."
She further credited him for shaping her understanding of cinema. In her note, Somy mentioned that he believed powerful stories must carry honesty beneath the surface drama.
