Following the strong response to its nineteenth installment, the team behind Bigg Boss has reportedly begun scouting fresh personalities for the milestone twentieth season. The long-running reality programme, fronted by Salman Khan, traditionally commences production during the final stretch of the calendar year. Although the creators have not yet released an authorised list of contestants, television actor Redheemaa recently stirred speculation online after hinting at possible involvement. During an interactive question-and-answer session with followers, she responded to a query about joining the upcoming edition, fuelling conversations across social platforms. More clarity regarding the participant lineup is still awaited. The twentieth chapter of Bigg Boss is anticipated to premiere in October 2026.

On her Instagram Stories, Redheemaa addressed a follower who asked about her entry into the famed house. Her playful response suggested she was preparing to head inside, intensifying excitement among fans eager for updates about the landmark season. As of now, the broadcasting network Colors TV has not issued a formal declaration regarding the next installment.

Redheemaa, whose birth name is Ridhimaa Gupta, is known for her work in television dramas. She portrayed Satpal Kohli, the spouse of Trilochan, in the daily soap Megha Barsenge. The series concluded its run in June 2025, less than a year after launch, and also featured actors Neil Bhatt and Neha Rana. Earlier, in 2021, she appeared in the short film Rang Rasiya, which was helmed by Manish Madaan.


In September 2025, the actress uploaded a social media clip imitating influencer Tanya Mittal. The caption accompanying the video labelled the spiritual content creator as dishonest, and the reel garnered notable engagement online.

The nineteenth season of Bigg Boss debuted on August 24, 2025, streaming on JioHotstar and airing on Colors TV. The competition featured personalities including Amaal Mallik, Tanya Mittal, Pranit More, Farrhana Bhatt and others. Actor Gaurav Khanna emerged victorious, while Farrhana Bhatt secured the runner-up spot and Pranit More finished as second runner-up. Despite earlier uncertainty due to reported changes involving production company Endemol Shine India, the show ultimately proceeded as planned.
