Addressing the 'Sangathan Parv', at the party headquarters, PM Modi called the new President as his 'boss'. The prime minister's 40-minute speech saw him repeatedly referred to Nabin as 'mananiya' (honourable) and listed out the achievements of his government over the last 11 years, which he described as giving an account of his work to the party president.
“I am party worker and Nitin Nabin my boss in matters related to party,” as he addressed leaders and workers in New Delhi. "Every word of his will give us a new direction. His guidance will be a priceless asset that will chart our future course of action," the prime minister said, addressing the gathering attended by senior leaders like Rajnath Singh, Nitin Gadkari, Amit Shah, J P Nadda, along with Union ministers, chief ministers of BJP-ruled states, and scores of party workers.
"I, too, as a party worker, was giving an account of my work to the new president. I have given an account of my work. He will now write my CR. I am awaiting his guidance," Modi said, referring to the work of the BJP-led NDA government. "When it comes to party matters, mananiya (honourable) Nitin Nabin ji... I am a worker, and you are my boss," Modi said.

Modi also acknowledged the role of current and former BJP presidents in shaping the party’s rise. Addressing new party chief, he said, "Now, honourable Nitin Nabin ji is the president of all of us, and his responsibility is not just to manage the BJP, but also to ensure coordination among all NDA allies," the prime minister said.
Thanking previous party presidents, the Prime Minister said, “I thank all BJP's past presidents for their contribution in strengthening party.” He traced the BJP’s growth from its early days to its current national dominance.
“Under the leadership of Atal ji, Advani ji and Murali Manohar Joshi ji, the BJP saw a journey from zero to the summit. In this century, leaders like Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu and Shri Nitin Gadkari, along with many of our senior colleagues, expanded the organisation,” Modi said.

He said the party achieved a full majority on its own for the first time under Rajnath Singh. “Under the leadership of Rajnath ji, for the first time the BJP achieved a full majority on its own,” he said.
Modi credited Amit Shah with widening the party’s footprint across the country. “Then under the leadership of Shri Amit Shah, BJP formed governments in many states and came to power at the Centre for a second consecutive term,” he said.
Referring to the recently concluded phase under JP Nadda, Modi said the BJP has strengthened its presence at every level. “Then under the leadership of Shri JP Nadda, the BJP grew stronger from the panchayat to Parliament,” he adde
Modi said the Bharatiya Janata Party was built on tradition, continuity and shared responsibility. “BJP is a tradition. BJP is a family. Here, there is more of 'relationship' than just 'membership',” he said.
Explaining the party’s working style, he added, “BJP is such a tradition that runs not by position but by process. Here, holding a post is an arrangement, and carrying out the work is a lifelong responsibility.”
He underlined that leadership roles may change, but the core values remain constant. “Here, presidents change, but ideals do not change. Leadership changes, but the direction does not change,” Modi said.
