Year End Musings As 2025 ends, I think about how fortunate my generation has been. We have seen the advent of television, man on the moon, emails, mobile to smart phones, 24/7 connectivity, exponential computing power, economic development, no world wars, no depression of the 1930s kind and the power of financial markets. Now into the world of AI and space. Have we lost anything? Maybe. Less in person interactions, environmental decline and pollution, wider divides in society, less tolerance to alternate points of view, more transient and transactional relationships, dominance of hard power over soft power. The race between nations is intensifying, less mindful of consequences. I look forward to 2026 to see us progress with conviction, sensitivity and equanimity. Happy 2026.Check his post here:

"If we’ve lost anything, it may be this: money that holds its value over time. Its quiet erosion has been one of the deepest drivers of modern economic stress," said one user in reply to Kotak's post. "Thankfully you are one of the very few big industrialist daring to remember that we existed before 2014. You recapped so well, Sir," said another user.
