Salman Khan turned 60 today, and the superstar marked the milestone in a refreshingly low-key way that instantly caught attention. Before the larger celebrations began at his Panvel farmhouse, Salman stepped out early to cut a birthday cake with paparazzi and members of the media. Dressed in black and surrounded by tight security, he smiled, exchanged a few words, and even shared a warm hug with a senior journalist. The moment felt personal and unfiltered, setting the tone for a no-frills birthday. Fans also noticed something else — the outing revealed Salman’s clean-shaven look for his upcoming film, Battle of Galwan.

While the celebrations made headlines in India, Salman Khan’s birthday also carries an unexpected international connection. The actor shares his birthdate with British actress Maryam d’Abo.
