Tees Maar Khan meme links Akshaye Khanna and Akshay Kumar

Amid the acclaim, a light-hearted meme trend has emerged, linking Akshaye Khanna’s success to Akshay Kumar. Fans resurfaced a scene from the 2010 comedy Tees Maar Khan, in which Akshay Kumar plays a thief posing as a film director and Akshaye Khanna appears as superstar Aatish Kapoor. In the scene, Akshay’s character convinces Aatish to work with him.

As Dhurandhar gained momentum, the clip was shared widely with humorous captions suggesting that Akshay Kumar had “discovered” Akshaye Khanna’s talent years ago. One post captioned, “Thank you director saab, for giving the nation such an amazing actor,” gained traction and was repeatedly reshared with variations.

Akshay Kumar responded to the viral meme with a brief and modest comment. “Kabhi ghamand nahi kiya bhai…kabhi ghamand nahi kiya,” he wrote, matching the playful tone of the trend.

Earlier, Akshay Kumar also praised Dhurandhar after watching the film. “Watched Dhurandhar and I’m blown away. What a gripping tale and you’ve simply nailed it. We need our stories to be told in a hard-hitting way and I’m so glad the audiences are giving the film all the love it deserves,” he wrote.
