Hrithik Roshan leases out luxurious sea-facing 3 BHK flat to girlfriend Saba Azad in Mumbai. What is the rent and security deposit?

Hrithik Roshan and Saba Azad often paint the town red with their romantic gestures and by always being there for each other. The duo frequently take time out from their hectic schedules to spend quality time together or go on trips. Now, according to the latest reports, the War 2 actor has leased out his sprawling sea-facing apartment in Mumbai’s Juhu neighbourhood to his girlfriend, actor-singer Saba Azad.

As per the Hindustan Times report citing the document from Zapkey, the monthly rent for the apartment is set at Rs 75,000, and the lease agreement is valid for one year. The deal was officially signed on August 4, 2025, with a security deposit amount of Rs 1.25 lakh paid upfront.



This was also reported by India Today. The property is located in the posh Mannat Apartments (also known as Vartamaan) on the Juhu-Versova Link Road. Spanning an impressive 12,000 square feet, the apartment is majorly larger than most in the area. In the report, local brokers pointed out that a typical 3-BHK flat (between 1,000 to 1,300 sq ft) in the neighbourhood usually rents for anywhere between Rs 1 lakh and Rs 2 lakh per month.

However, this isn't Hrithik’s first real estate move in the building. Back in October 2020, the actor made headlines for purchasing three floors in the same complex, including the entire 18th floor and a duplex covering the 19th and 20th floors. The total cost of the transaction was reportedly Rs 97.5 crore, split across two registration agreements with developer Samir Bhojwani.

The Roshan family has been actively engaged in property deals over the past few years. In May 2025, Hrithik and his father, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, sold three residential flats in Mumbai’s Andheri area for ₹6.75 crore. Earlier this year, Hrithik also leased two commercial spaces — one in Goregaon for ₹5.62 lakh a month and another in Pune’s Kharadi locality for ₹6.08 lakh a month.

In February 28, this year, Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan has leased his 9,209 sq ft office space on the 8th floor of Pune’s EON Kharadi World Trade Centre to Regus Ruby Business Centre for 36 months. The monthly rent is Rs 6.08 lakh, with a 5% annual increase and a security deposit of Rs 11.88 lakh.

On the work front, Hrithik was last seen in War 2 alongside Jr NTR and Kiara Advani. The film crossed Rs 200 crore at the domestic box office, though it was made on a reported budget of Rs 450 crore. On the other hand, Saba Azad is currently gearing up for the release of musical drama Songs of Paradise alongside Soni Razdan. It is slated to arrived on Amazon Prime Video on August 29.
