Priyanka Chopra loves some snuggle time with her husband and daughter.
She might be a global superstar, a UNICEF ambassador, and one of the most recognisable Indian faces on the planet, but at home, Priyanka Chopra Jonas just wants a quiet Sunday morning. In a refreshingly candid interview with PEOPLE, the actor and producer opened up about one thing, which is mandatory for her and her husband Nick Jonas.

No matter how hectic the schedule or global the commitments, Priyanka insists that one thing remains non-negotiable in her home: Sunday morning snuggles. According to her, the snuggles are mandatory. Even on busy weekends, the Head of State star ensures there's time carved out to simply be in bed with husband Nick Jonas and their three-year-old daughter, Malti Marie.

Laundry? Not her thing
Priyanka just loves a quiet Sunday morning. While she may have mastered action stunts and red carpets, she despises the laundry. However, she tricks her mother-in-law, Denise Miller-Jonas, to get out of that chore. The actress admitted that she’s more comfortable with folding and steaming, but she’s not afraid to admit that the washing machine intimidates her because there are “too many buttons” and choices and other little things.
Her new movie
Priyanka’s newest project, Heads of State, is already making headlines. Streaming on Prime Video, the action-comedy sees her in the role of Noel Bisset, an MI6 agent alongside John Cena as the U.S. President and Idris Elba as the British Prime Minister. Directed by Ilya Naishuller, the film follows the unlikely trio as they unite to thwart a global conspiracy. The cast also includes Jack Quaid, Carla Gugino, and Sarah Niles.

While the film continues to earn praise globally, actor R. Madhavan added a heartfelt touch by publicly applauding Priyanka Chopra’s performance. Taking to Instagram Stories, he praised her for breaking new ground and doing what many aspire to achieve, calling her work in the film commendable and saying her success felt personal.
