'Nakal karne ke liye bhi akal chahiye': Asaduddin Owaisi mocks Pakistan's ‘Operation Bunyan’ image blunder

Speaking to members of the Indian diaspora in Kuwait, Owaisi mocked Pakistan's leadership, saying, “Yesterday, the Pakistani Army Chief gifted a photo to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in presence of their president and the speaker of the National assembly. These stupid jokers want to compete with India — they handed over a photo of a 2019 Chinese Army drill, claiming it was a victory over India. “This is what Pakistan indulges in,they cannot even give a proper photograph” Owaisi said . ‘Nakal karne ke liye akal chahiye’... inke pass akal bhi nahi hai.’” He further warned, “Whatever Pakistan is saying, don’t take it even with a pinch of salt.” Owaisi also told the members present ‘to rely only on what our foreign ministry is saying, what our official spokespersons are saying”.
Owaisi also said, “The viral image showed Sharif and General Munir holding what was claimed to be a photo commemorating a military operation against India. Social media users quickly debunked the image, identifying it as footage from a Chinese rocket artillery exercise conducted in 2019.
The incident has drawn sharp reactions online, particularly as it coincides with heightened tensions between the two nations following India’s launch of Operation Sindoor. The Indian military operation targeted nine terror infrastructure sites in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. The strikes were carried out in retaliation for the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, which claimed 26 lives.
Indian officials have since been actively countering what they describe as "Pakistani propaganda," emphasizing the importance of factual clarity in the wake of rising cross-border tensions.
