Happy about screen time- Sansad TV’s decision to show the presiding officer and the MP speaking at the moment in a split frame on the screen has made panellists chairing the proceedings happy. While the initial reaction was that this has been done to give more footage to the Rajya Sabha Chairman and the Lok Sabha Speaker, the panellists are delighted as they get more visibility in the few minutes that they get to preside over the proceedings. People from their constituency and the state concerned see the panellists almost throughout the period they chair the proceedings.
