Hrithik Roshan leases out office property in Pune’s Kharadi

Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has leased out an office property in a commercial complex EON Kharadi in Pune’s Kharadi locality to Regus Ruby Business Centre for a total term of 36 months.

The property spread over 9,209 sq ft on the 8th floor of the World Trade Centre has been let out at monthly rentals of Rs 6.08 lakh sq ft, showed the documents accessed through CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics firm.

The tenant has paid a security deposit of nearly Rs 11.88 lakh and the agreement includes a clause to escalate rentals by 5% every year.


In addition to the base rent, the tenant will also be paying Rs 13 per sq ft of super built-up area every month towards maintenance charges and this will also escalate by 5% every year.
