When Varun Dhawan had warned Ranveer Allahbadia about 'crossfire' if he attends Samay Raina’s India’s Got Latent show

YouTuber and podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia, popularly known as BeerBiceps, is facing intense criticism over his remarks on India's Got Latent, a YouTube show hosted by Samay Raina. Despite issuing an apology, the backlash continues, with netizens revisiting past content involving him. Now, a viral video shows Varun Dhawan predicting a “crossfire” and warning Ranveer Allahbadia about it.

Recently, an old video resurfaced on the internet and is going viral where Ranveer attempted to persuade actor Varun Dhawan to appear on India's Got Latent. In a January 2025 podcast episode, the two discussed the possibility of Varun joining the show. The actor expressed willingness but acknowledged the risks, noting that while he had no personal concerns about cancel culture, his association with the show could negatively impact the teams he leads. He stated that he would only participate when he was not actively promoting a film to avoid dragging others into controversy.



He said, "I would go for it. I could get cancelled but I feel maybe his show would get affected negatively. Because the more eyeballs you get in that way sometimes when you are doing that humour. He is not scared of all that. I would do it in a skip of a heartbeat, but for the teams I am leading, I'll have to do it when I am not promoting a film. So that there is nobody else caught in the crossfire because there will be a crossfire for sure."
