Actor Rajinikanth hospitalised for severe stomach pain at Apollo Hospitals in Chennai

Rajinikanth, the iconic 73-year-old actor, has been admitted to Apollo Hospitals for a scheduled elective cardiac procedure. In a TOI article, hospital sources confirmed that he is under the care of Dr. Sai Satish, an interventional cardiologist. His health condition is currently stable as he prepares for the procedure.

The elective procedure will take place in the hospital’s cardiac catheterisation lab on Tuesday. This type of procedure typically involves minimally invasive techniques to diagnose and treat various heart conditions.
