Describing himself as a technologist, Sachdeva said he spoke about linking ancient Indian philosophies with modern-day Artificial Intelligence.
“I’m here as the youngest keynote speaker at the India AI Impact Summit. I’m talking about how I’m linking ancient Indian philosophies to modern-day technologies. I’m also covering the different approaches which the rest of the nations are building AI with,” he told news agency ANI.
He added that he discussed how India is building AI and shared his own use case of an Indian AI model that was recently released. “I’m sharing my own use case of an Indian AI model just released and how I’m contributing to India’s GDP and driving AI literacy with it,” Sachdeva said.
Met global tech leaders
At the summit, Sachdeva met several global technology leaders, including Google CEO Sundar Pichai and OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, and shared photographs of the meetings on social media.
In previous engagements, he has met Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff and International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Secretary-General Doreen Bogdan-Martin at the AI for Good Global Summit in Geneva. In 2024, he also met United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres.
In 2023, Sachdeva met Apple CEO Tim Cook during Cook’s visit to New Delhi for the opening of Apple’s Delhi store. At the time, Sachdeva was five years old and demonstrated his coding skills in a one-on-one interaction. He had been learning to code since the age of three and had queued outside the store with his parents ahead of the opening.
Sachdeva won a gold medal as a “Super Presenter” in the 2022 Global Reading Challenge. At the age of six, he became the world’s youngest TEDx speaker, where he spoke about technology and innovation.
He has also reportedly created a prototype rocket ship for Mars exploration, which earned recognition from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
