Vertiv launches consultant portal in India as data centre capacity set to cross 8GW by 2030
The registration-based platform brings together technical documentation, BIM content, design tools, training programmes and access to Vertiv's engineering teams, the company said in a statement.
The launch comes as India's data centre market continues to expand. Data centre capacity in the country is projected to cross 8GW by 2030, according to DCD Intelligence.

With projects becoming larger and more complex, Vertiv said consulting engineers need access to specification-ready resources and technical support early in the planning process. The new portal is designed to provide that through a single platform.
Consultants in India will also have access to a dedicated support team through the portal, along with training programmes, lab sessions and educational events.
"As India's digital infrastructure landscape grows in scale and complexity, consulting engineers play an important role in shaping how that infrastructure is designed and specified," said Alok Rajput, general manager, Technology & Data Centre Business Development, Vertiv India.
The platform will also allow consulting engineers to earn certifications and Continuing Education (CE) credits through the training programmes available on the portal.
