Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap’s ‘Udta Punjab’ has been saddled with controversy since late May when the Central Board of Film Certification sought innumerable cuts. The film based on drug abuse in Punjab has received B-town’s backing. However, vulgar scenes and abusive language have particularly irked many, who are calling for a complete ban on the film.
