From among a number of gadgets being launched on crowdfunding platforms, here are five of them that are worth your money.

Crowdfunding sites are a great place to find devices with unique features at an affordable price. ET Wealth lists down some of his favorite gadgets from crowdfunding site Indiegogo that would be helpful for majority of users.

1. AllHub
Price: Rs 4,788


The USB Type-C port is now commonly available on laptops and smartphones. What most people don’t realise is that the single port is powerful enough to connect a number of accessories using a dongle or a hub. AllHub is a USB Type-C Hub that offers all type of ports a user would ever need. Usually gimbals are large and heavy but Funblue is lightweight at 400 grams and can fi t in your palm when folded. The gimbal has an ergonomic design, comes with a balance scale, one button lock and even has a built-in tripod for shooting. It has in-app auto leveling, Bluetooth connectivity and can charge using a power bank. You also get auto follow mode, face recognition, motion tracking, panorama, slow motion recording and time-lapse video creation features.

Most of us today love taking photos and videos with our smartphones. However, one common issue is how to prop up the phone for shooting. With Pivo you can now prop up your smartphone anywhere. Powered by a quad core Intel N4100 processor, the MicroPC has 8GB RAM and 128GB SSD storage. For connectivity, you get three USB 3.0 ports, USB Type-C port, Ethernet, HDMI, microSD slot along with WiFi and Bluetooth. You can get the MicroPC with Windows 10 Pro or Ubuntu operating system. It has dual 3,100mAh battery which can deliver up to 8 hours of back up on a single charge.

The brand claims it is the most premium and lightweight eyewear for immersive entertainment experience. What it gives you is an equivalent of viewing a 1,023-inch giant curved screen with a resolution of 3,840 x 1,080 pixels giving you a pixel density of 3,147 pixel per inch. There is 1,00,000:1 contrast ratio, less than 1ms response time and native 3D effect. It can connect to any device (console, media player, smartphone etc.) via a USB Type-C port and can be used for movies, gaming as well as work. The eyewear supports 2D, 3D, 4k, 8k as well as 360-degree content. It also has 3.5mm audio out with support for 7.1 surround sound audio. Weighing just 180 grams, Luci Immers is the lightest headset available today.
