Sachin Pilot says the bravest soldier gets the border posting after taking back seat in Assembly

Though he was not a listed Congress speaker for the debate, he intervened when BJP again took potshots. He said he and his colleagues sorted out all issues with the "doctor" (read high command) and will now stand to protect the government.

NEW DELHI | JAIPUR: Sachin Pilot on Friday lost his prime front-row seat, which he used to occupy in the Rajasthan assembly next to CM Ashok Gehlot as deputy CM-cum-PCC chief. Pilot lost the positions after he turned a rebel.

When BJP MLAs took a dig at him for having been allotted a seat down the row, ironically, an aisle seat next to the opposition rows, Pilot quipped: "I wondered why my seat was designated here. I thought for two minutes and saw that this is the border between the government and the opposition. Who is sent to the border? The strongest warrior."

Though he was not a listed Congress speaker for the debate, he intervened when BJP again took potshots. He said he and his colleagues sorted out all issues with the "doctor" (read high command) and will now stand to protect the government.
