Two Indian girls killed in Russian college fire

A fire in one of the hostel dormitories at Smolensk State Medical Academy in Russia tragically cut short the lives of two Indian girls—Pooja Kallur (22) and Karishma Bhosale (20)—as they slept. Pooja, from Navi Mumbai, and Karishma, from Sahakar Nagar in Pune, were in their fourth year of studying medicine in Smolensk.
