NEW DELHI: Shares of V2 Retail Ltd. traded 0.18 per cent up in Thursday's trade at 11:11AM (IST). Around 1,229 shares changed hands on the counter.

The counter opened at Rs 52.6 and touched an intraday high and low of Rs 55.05 and Rs 52.6, respectively, in the session so far. The stock of V2 Retail Ltd. quoted a 52-week high of Rs 179.3 and a 52-week low of Rs 31.5.

Total market cap of the V2 Retail Ltd. stood at Rs 184.85 crore at the time of writing this report.


The company has settled its payment-related dispute with an operational creditor and expects to come out of the insolvency proceedings, according to Ram Chandra Agarwal, the Chairman of the suspended board of the company.

As of 31-Mar-2020, domestic institutional investors held 5.16 per cent stake in the firm, while foreign institutional investors held 6.45 per cent and the promoters 53.62 per cent.

According to BSE data, the stock traded at a price-to-earnings multiple of 19.11 and a price-to-book ratio of 0.66. A higher P/E ratio shows investors are willing to pay a higher price because of better future growth expectations.
