Ever since the coronavirus spread across the globe, countries have shut down - either partially or completely - leading to stalled economies across countries, which of course led to people being let go. But, there are companies who are working on keeping their employees, and some are even giving them raises.

India’s most popular online fashion store, Myntra - part of the Flipkart group - has communicated that it will honour all job offers it has made and will also keep its appraisal schedule on track.
While IT majors like TCS, Wipro and Infosys have deferred their hikes for now, France based IT company Capgemini has announced a 70 percent increment for its employees in April.
While startups around the world face heavy losses and many fold up, Indian fintech startup BharatPe seems to be doing well, having kept their appraisals on track.
Companies like Hindustan Unilever, Asian Paints and Johnson & Johnson are also among the companies that have decided to hike salaries of their employees this time around
