Indian Railways to refund full ticket to passengers who missed their train from Delhi due to farmers' stir
The refund is applicable for all ticket holders who were unable to reach the Railway station in Delhi and could not take train due to farmers tractor rally.

Indian Railways is offering a full refund of tickets to passengers who could not board the train from Delhi amid violent farm protests that rocked the national capital earlier in the day.
Speaking to ET Online, Deepak Kumar, Spokesperson, Northern Railway said "The passengers who are not able to reach stations and catch trains in Delhi area stations because of Kisan agitation, they are requested to apply for a full refund of all the trains departing from all the stations of Delhi area up to 9 p.m. today through TDR (ticket deposit receipt) and e-TDR for e-tickets."
Necessary instruction on the refund has been issued to Railway stations in Delhi-- New Delhi, Sarai Rohilla, Nizamuddin, Old Delhi, Anand Vihar, Safdarjang Railway Station, he added.
Several parts of Delhi witnessed violent clashes between the farmers and the security personnel that led to the closure of several routes.
