Banks closed on November 30 on account of Guru Nanak Jayanti

It is a bank holiday today on account of Guru Nanak Jayanti.

All banks across the country are closed.

As per Reserve Bank of India rules, banks in the country are closed on all public holidays.


November this year saw a substantial number of bank holidays. There were quite a few nationwide holidays as well as some state-specific ones.

Along with banks, India's stock markets are also closed today.

Kartika Purnima also falls on November 30 this year.
